ROXX COCKTAILS

NEW recipes for fall!

 

GAME DAY BLOODY MARY

Ingredients:

1.5 oz ROXX Vodka

4 oz Tomato Juice

1.5 oz Lemon Juice

1.5 oz Lime Juice

0.5 oz prepared Horseradish

0.75 oz Worcestershire Sauce

1⁄4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

3⁄4 Teaspoon Hot Sauce (optional)

3⁄4 Teaspoon Celery Salt

1⁄2 Teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper

2 2/3 oz Mrs. Klein’s Pickle Juice

Garnish with celery, olives, bacon, anything pickled, a cheeseburger… whatever you want!

Directions:

Combine tomato juice, Mrs. Klein’s pickle juice, lime juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and hot sauce (optional) in a blender. Transfer to another container and add celery salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. When ready to serve, fill each glass with ice. Add 1.5 ounces of ROXX to each glass, then fill the glass with refrigerated Bloody Mary mix!

 

A DESERT ROMANCE

Ingredients:

2 oz ROXX Vodka

1 oz Prickly Pear Iconic Cocktail Co. Mixer 

½ oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice 

Directions: 

Serve in a chilled glass, over ice, or with sparkling water.

 

ARIZONA SUNSET

Ingredients:

1-2 muddled jalapeno slices (optional, for added spice) 

1 1/2 ounces ROXX Vodka 

1/2 ounce Aperol Aperitivo 

1/2 ounce Passoa Passionfruit Liqueur 

3/4 ounce Re’Al Mango Syrup 

1 ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 

3/4 ounce Pineapple Juice 

Directions:

If made spicy, lightly muddle your jalapeño slices with a cocktail muddler or the end of a wooden spoon. Prepare your glass with Tajin rim by taking a lime wedge and rimming 1/2 of the lip with citrus, gently roll onto a plate with Tajin & fill your glass with fresh ice. Combine all ingredients in your cocktail tin and fill to the brim with ice. Shake your tin thoroughly for 8-10 seconds total. Strain your cocktail into your glass. Garnish with Jalapeño slice & enjoy! 

 

SAY UR IN LOVE

Ingredients:

1 oz Sayuri Nigori Sake 

1.5 oz ROXX Vodka 

1.5 oz Pineapple juice 

Splash of simple syrup 

Splash of Grenadine for color 

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a shaker and enjoy.

A blend of floral notes paired with a tropical pineapple finish and a soft hint of cherry is sure to set the tone for a romantic dinner at home. 

 

SKINNY EXXPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients:

2 oz ROXX Vodka 

3 oz Cactus Licker Cold Brew 

4 drops of Stevia 

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a shaker and enjoy.

Bold and smooth, while remaining calorie-free, this local combination boasts rich and indulgent notes of chocolate, caramel, and roasted peanuts. A “buzz-worthy” drink. 

VALLEY COOLER

Ingredients:

2 Oz ROXX Vodka

1 Oz fresh lime juice

2.5 Oz watermelon juice* blended & filtered

1 Oz Basil & Cucumber Simple Syrup (0.5 cup water, 0.5 cup sugar, 3-4 slices cucumber, 3-4 leaves of Basil. Boil and stir, let simmer, strain into air tighter container, let cool.)

Directions:

Place ROXX Vodka, simple syrup, lime juice, and watermelon juice in shaker tin full of ice, shake vigorously. Pour a cup of ice into the watermelon halve. Strain cocktail over the ice.

 

SPICED PEARTINI

Ingredients:

3 oz infused ROXX (vanilla bean, cinnamon & Bosc pear)

1 oz organic 100% pear juice

1 tbsp. fresh lime juice

Rim with cinnamon/sugar blend

In large container combine: 750ml ROXX bottle, 2 Bosc Pears cubed, 2 Vanilla Bean sticks, 3 Cinnamon sticks

Directions:

Infuse the vodka with combination above for 8 hours, then remove cinnamon sticks. Store in an airtight container.

In martini shaker combine 3 oz infused ROXX Vodka, 1 oz of the 100% pear juice, and 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice. Rim glass with cinnamon/sugar combination. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Cheers!

 

PUMPKIN SPICE EXXPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients:

1.5 oz ROXX Vodka

0.5 oz Pumpkin Spice or Pumpkin Pie syrup

2 oz Coconut Milk

1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate

Cinnamon Stick

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and pour. Sprinkle cinnamon and/or nutmeg on top, add a cinnamon stick, and voila!

 

XXMAS MULE

Ingredients:

1.5 oz ROXX Vodka

3 oz ginger beer

0.5 oz cranberry juice

0.25 oz lime juice

0.5 oz Rosemary syrup

Directions:

Add ice. Combine ingredients in a festive glass and stir. Garnish with a lime.

GINGERBREAD EXXPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients:

1.5 oz ROXX vodka

0.5 oz Gingerbread syrup

2 oz Coconut or Almond Milk

1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate

Directions:

Chill ingredients. Combine ingredients in a shaker and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a gingerbread cookie, cinnamon, and/or whip cream!

 

THE POLAR EXXPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients:

1.5 oz ROXX Vodka

1.5 oz Cold Brew Coffee

0.75 oz Cascara Vanilla Iconic Cocktail Co. Mixer

Directions:

Shake with ice, double strain into a chilled coup or martini glass. Garnish with coconut foam *optional
